The shoes arrived as promised just before my final wedding dress fitting and they are stunning. Beautiful silk velvet and the bow has a filling that ensures it stays in shape. As well as looking gorgeous they are so comfortable. I am looking forward to wearing them.

I ordered this pair of shoes from Silvia Lago for my wedding on fairly short notice and they worked with me to make sure they got here by my wedding day which was amazing!! The shoes were absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and I got so many compliments! Overall would highly recommend ordering from them as the product and customer service were both excellent!!

The shoes (Valentina 50) are fabulous, very well made and so comfortable. They are the only nice shoes I was able to wear 5 months after bunion surgery.
The communication was flawless. They responded promptly on the on-site messenger and were personable and helpful. They were able to send them in time for an Officers' Ball. I am so grateful!

Never do you ever get a good “chat” customer service experience and I could NOT have had more immediate and personal customer service. I fell in love with these shoes but my wedding was in NYC in 1.5 weeks… I thought there was no way I’d be able to get them when they claim a 6-8 week lead time - I tried my luck and reached out to customer service and someone responded IMMEDIATELY that they would be able to rush the shoes in time for my special day. They confirmed with me the order and assured me I could get a refund if they didn’t arrive in time. They arrived just in time and were absolutely as perfect as they looked on the site. The color, the make, and comfortable to boot (a little toe pinch but what can you do for perfect pointy shoes - still was able to wear them ALL day on the first wear (wedding day)) - couldn’t have better things to say. Worth every penny - PLUS I will ACTUALLY WEAR THEM IN REAL LIFE which to me is both so special and priceless. If you need a rush job just reach out - service was so kind. Bravo and thank you for such a beautiful pair of shoes I’ll cherish forever
