RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product, handbags, hair accessories, ribbons and customized shoes cannot be returned. Private sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We have to receive the shoes no later than 30 days from the date delivered. The return must be shipped with DDP (Deliveries Duty Paid). ANY RETURN WITHOUT DUTIES PAID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. You have to ship your shoes directly to the following address. As a predominantly made-to-order brand, we do not mass manufacture and strive to have a minimum of excess stock. A 10% restocking fee will be imposed on returns of 2 or more items of the same category (for example two pairs of shoes). The fee applies to the retail value of the returned items and will be deducted from your refund.
All international customers acknowledge that their order may be subject to import fees. If a customer refuses to pay these import taxes after the shoes have been shipped and the order is returned to the sender, a 150 € fee will be deducted from the refund to cover all return-related costs.
We are pleased to accept all new and unworn merchandise with its original packaging and dust bag. Returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you. Shoes have to be returned with the sole’s protective film on, and without any marks or dents.
