Our collections are sustainably handcrafted in limited quantities or made on demand. If your size is unavailable or you'd like to customize a piece, our workshop creates it especially for you and ships it once it's ready.

By producing only what's purchased and keeping our runs intentionally small, we help prevent overproduction and reduce waste.

Made to Order — If your size isn't currently in stock, we'll produce it especially for you, with a lead time of 10–12 weeks. These pairs can be returned or exchanged like any other order.

Customized — If you'd like to change the colour, material, heel height, or customize the insole, our workshop builds it to your specifications. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, customized orders are final sale.

A Made to Order pair is a collection style that has sold out in your size. We produce it specifically for you, with a lead time of 10–12 weeks. It can be returned or exchanged if it doesn't fit properly.

A Customized pair is made to your specifications — a change in colour, material, heel height, fit, or similar. This also includes collection styles with a customized insole. Because of their bespoke nature, customized pairs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Import duties vary by country:

• United Kingdom (UK): On average, a shoe order may be subject to an import tax of approximately £80.
• United States (USA): Due to the new import taxes, on average a shoe order may be subject to an import tax of approximately $70 USD.
• European Union: EU countries are not subject to import fees.

Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours and arrive within 1–5 days of shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number.

Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us and arrange an exchange. We'll send you a shipping label to return your original pair, and once it arrives back with us, we'll ship your new size.

If the new size is in stock, it will ship promptly. If it needs to be made to order, we'll let you know the expected timeline.

Yes, Made to Order pairs can be returned or exchanged.

Only pairs with a custom insole, colour, material, heel height, or similar customization (i.e. Customized pairs) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Our shoes run wider than standard, so they fit regular to wide feet comfortably.

For particularly wide feet, we'd recommend our sling-back pumps. The open back means they adjust to accommodate any swelling throughout the day:

To help your foot stay securely in place, we'd recommend styles that hold the instep with a strap or laces.

We use European sizing. In general, our shoes run true to size and wider than standard.

Our shoes gradually adapt to your feet with wear, easing slightly in width, though not in length. The soft leather also naturally creases and softens over time, adding to the comfort of the fit.

Our shoes are made with very soft leathers that adapt to your feet, and our lasts are generously cut. We'd recommend choosing styles that are plain around the bunion area, without overlaps, straps, or ornaments, and avoiding very high heels.

That's quite common. Avoid styles that don't hold securely at the instep, like unstrapped pumps. You can add a thin half-insole (typically 1–2mm, adjusted to whatever thickness feels right) inside the shoe on your smaller foot until the fit feels even.

The Lady Victoria pumps are fully closed pumps, whereas the Lady Valentina is open on one side. Also, the Lady Victoria has a soft bow and the Lady Valentina has a bigger more structured bow.
