Role: Customer & Marketing Specialist
As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your mission is to guide them through their purchase journey, answer their questions, and handle any issues with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Our goal is simple: every customer should have a 10/10 experience and feel truly valued in every interaction with us.
What You’ll Do
1. Customer Care & Experience

Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented way.

Guide customers through the purchase process, helping them choose the right products and resolving questions.

Ensure every interaction feels personalized, efficient, and thoughtful.

Respond to reviews and comments, maintaining our strong brand reputation.
2. Logistics Management

Handle shipments: create labels, pack orders and coordinate with DHL

Handle exchanges, returns, and claims, always finding the best possible solution.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
3. Marketing Specialist

Help draft weekly email newsletters.

Define monthly campaign emails.

Help with social media tasks: editing, drafting ideas, etc.
4. Continuous Improvement

Learn everything about our products and processes to provide accurate and valuable information.

Suggest ideas to improve customer service workflows and internal processes.

Collaborate with other teams to continuously elevate the overall customer and marketing experience.
What We’re Looking For
-
Advanced English level (B2+/C1) to support customers when needed.

A warm, proactive, and solution-focused person who enjoys teamwork.

Clear and natural communication skills, with empathy and patience.

A growth mindset and willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.

A genuine desire to be part of a small, collaborative team where everyone supports each other.
What We Offer

Part-time position: Monday-Friday 9h-13h

Location: Barcelona - Hospital Clínic

Salary: 12.000 € brutos / anual aprox.
